The Spirits of Agave Masterclass – 09th November 2025

Take a journey to Mexico without leaving your glass. In this hands-on masterclass, you’ll explore the rich world of agave spirits — from the smooth notes of tequila to the smoky depth of mezcal and beyond.

Having visited Mexico and explored traditional palenques (artisanal mezcal distilleries), Tanny will share first-hand stories and insights about how these spirits are made and enjoyed at their source.

We’ll taste a curated selection of agave spirits, learn what makes each one unique, and see how their flavors can transform simple drinks into something special. Along the way, you’ll pick up easy techniques and creative cocktail ideas you can try at home.

Masterclass Time: 2pm to 4pm

Terms

We recognise that on occasion customers will book classes and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations, we ask that the customer notify us of their need to cancel at least three working days prior to the masterclass. If less than three days notice is given or the party fails to show up a charge of 40% of the cost of the class will be incurred. 

Similarly in the unlikely event that we find it necessary to cancel an event, we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible, and where applicable a full refund will be issued. Tickets for a Masterclass may be exchanged for spaces on another masterclass, provided that there are places available. This exchange must take place at least two weeks prior to the date of the original masterclass booking, and can only be exchanged once.
