The World of Amaros Masterclass – 25th October 2025

Step into the bitter-sweet world of amaros, Italy’s iconic herbal liqueurs, and discover why they’ve been the secret weapon of bartenders for centuries.

In this masterclass, you’ll journey through the history, flavour profiles, and artistry of amaro - together we’ll taste a variety of amaros, learn what makes each one unique, and see how their flavours can transform simple drinks into something special. You’ll get hands-on experience mixing cocktails, picking up easy tips and tricks you can use at home.

Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast, an adventurous palate, or simply someone who loves a good story in a glass, this class will deepen your appreciation for the liqueurs that turn ordinary drinks into extraordinary experiences.

Masterclass Time: 2pm to 4pm

Terms

We recognise that on occasion customers will book classes and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations, we ask that the customer notify us of their need to cancel at least three working days prior to the masterclass. If less than three days notice is given or the party fails to show up a charge of 40% of the cost of the class will be incurred. 

Similarly in the unlikely event that we find it necessary to cancel an event, we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible, and where applicable a full refund will be issued. Tickets for a Masterclass may be exchanged for spaces on another masterclass, provided that there are places available. This exchange must take place at least two weeks prior to the date of the original masterclass booking, and can only be exchanged once.
