Step into the glow of early evening in Italy, when the sun lingers, conversations stretch, and the aperitivo ritual gently opens the night. This masterclass is all about that moment.
Together we’ll explore the flavours that define the tradition: bittersweet aperitivi, bright citrus notes, and the effortless balance that makes Italian pre-dinner drinks feel both refreshing and refined. Through tastings and simple hands-on mixing, you’ll learn how these ingredients come together to create the relaxed, social style of drinking found from Milan’s bustling piazzas to quiet Venetian canals.
No strict rules, no need for precision. Just an invitation to slow down, sip something lively, and embrace the charm of la dolce vita. By the end, you’ll know how to bring the aperitivo feeling home, wherever you are.
