Christmas Masterclass - 21st December 2025

Travel the globe through your glass this holiday season. In this festive masterclass, we’ll explore Christmas traditions from around the world, shaking and stirring cocktails inspired by seasonal favourites.

From the creamy comfort of eggnog to the Italian sparkle of a Panettone Bellini, you’ll learn how to craft drinks that capture the magic of the holidays - and pick up tips to add your own creative twists at home.

With stories of how different cultures celebrate the season woven throughout, this masterclass is the perfect way to sip, savour, and share in the joy of Christmas.

Masterclass Time: 2pm to 4pm

We recognise that on occasion customers will book classes and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations, we ask that the customer notify us of their need to cancel at least three working days prior to the masterclass. If less than three days notice is given or the party fails to show up a charge of 40% of the cost of the class will be incurred. 

Similarly in the unlikely event that we find it necessary to cancel an event, we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible, and where applicable a full refund will be issued. Tickets for a Masterclass may be exchanged for spaces on another masterclass, provided that there are places available. This exchange must take place at least two weeks prior to the date of the original masterclass booking, and can only be exchanged once.
