Across a guided tasting of four cocktails, guests will be introduced to key techniques and principles behind classic and modern serves. Each drink is paired with its cultural and cinematic context, offering insight into how film has influenced not only what we drink, but how and why we drink it.

Our Masterclasses, devised by the team are held at 69 Colebrooke Row and are offered for both public or private forums. Learn the history, stories and how to make classics like the Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, Tuxedo, Aviation and the Classic Champagne Cocktail. The classes, though informative and inspirational are also informal, open, interactive and hands-on. Q&A encouraged throughout.
All supplies will be provided as well as the opportunity to mix the drinks yourself and enjoy them amongst the group.

Unless otherwise stated, the masterclasses run on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 4pm.
Places are limited (a maximum of 16 people) so we advise that you book early.
