Celebrate Ferragosto in true Italian style with our special Aperitivo Masterclass. From 2pm to 4pm, escape into a two-hour exploration of Italy’s most beloved pre-dinner tradition—where vibrant flavors, relaxed rituals, and social spirit come together.

Discover the origins of the aperitivo and learn to craft four iconic Italian cocktails, each with its own story, character, and seasonal flair. Guided by our expert bartenders, you’ll explore the harmony of bitter and sweet, experiment with Italian spirits and botanicals, and elevate your understanding of mixology with a summer twist.

Whether you're new to aperitivo culture or a seasoned enthusiast, this interactive masterclass blends tradition with creativity—perfect for sipping, learning, and toasting to the joy of Ferragosto.

Masterclass Time: 2pm to 4pm

Terms

We recognise that on occasion customers will book classes and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations, we ask that the customer notify us of their need to cancel at least three working days prior to the masterclass. If less than three days notice is given or the party fails to show up a charge of 40% of the cost of the class will be incurred. 

Similarly in the unlikely event that we find it necessary to cancel an event, we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible, and where applicable a full refund will be issued. Tickets for a Masterclass may be exchanged for spaces on another masterclass, provided that there are places available. This exchange must take place at least two weeks prior to the date of the original masterclass booking, and can only be exchanged once.
